How long does it take for my bank
account to be opened?
It takes approximately 2 weeks for your
bank application to be processed.
When will I get my debit card?
As soon as you send payment, your
card is printed and mailed to you directly
from the bank.
How will I get my bank account
information?
Your bank account information will be
mailed to your address.
How will I get my debit card?
Your debit card package will be mailed
directly to your address, The package
will include your bank account
information, the debit card, and PIN
(personal identification number).
How do I activate my bank account?
Read and follow the activation
instructions included with your bank
account information.
How do I send a Western Union or bank
wire to my account?
Please logon to the website listed on
your card mailer. Enter your username
and password. Go to my accounts and
select funding options. You will find
Western Union and bank wire
instructions.
My card is not activated. Why?
Most likely, you did not complete all
the activation steps. In order to
activate the card you must:
- logon to the website indicated on your
card mailer
- request an activation code (sent to
your email address within minutes)
- enter the activation code along with
your 16 digit card number and click
submit you will receive an email
confirming your card activation within
24 hrs. after you completed the above
steps. Upon receipt of this email you
may deposit funds and perform
transactions.
Your
card(s) can be funded with ACH transfer/SWIFT
transfer, direct
payroll deposit and e-gold directly to the merchant.
It also comes with your own bank
account to fund the card by receiving
wires. |
